Check out Lee explaining the adventure:
Thursday, February 1 – San Francisco, CA
Lee and the team travelled to San Francisco SPCA Mission Adoption Center. Lee encouraged his followers to come hangout and adopt a dog (or multiple!).
Who’s gonna be our first adopter!?!?!? Meet sweet Amy, she’s 6 Years old and has been here at the SPCA in San Francisco since before Christmas! She’s great with other dogs and children, she reminds me of lil Butters! Come meet us at 1:00pm at 250 Florida street. We will pay for the adoption plus you will get a free box of My Ollie that will last 1 month AND some fancy fresh Bully Sticks from @bestbullysticks ❤️! See you at 1:00pm sharp! Thank you 🙂 checkout my stories to see Amy and some other amazing pups here at the shelter! #rescuedog #spca #adoptdontshop
Lee introduced us to Amy at the SPCA in San Francisco. She’s 6 years old and has been at the SPCA since before Christmas. She has been at the shelter longer than any other dog there. She is great with children and reminds him of his adorable pup, Butters! Lee offered to pay for the adoption, give away a free box of My Ollie dog food and some Best Bully Sticks.
Thanks to Lee’s efforts, Amy got adopted! Her new pawrents’ previous dog passed away from cancer and were sure that Amy is the perfect dog for them.
Wednesday, February 7 – Fresno, CA
Lee and the crew traveled from San Francisco to Fresno. They stopped at Sequoia Brewing Co. to help some more dogs.
Of course Best Bully Sticks were in tow:
Lee showed some Goldendoodle puppies (a very popular breed to buy from breeders), Jack Russells, a Shepherd mix, a Puggle and more dogs that were available for adoption from Central California SPCA.
6 dogs have been adopted so far from Lee’s event in Fresno! Lee expressed gratitude and enthusiasm about this amazing feat by saying:
“This is why we started the kickstarter. This is why we quit our jobs. This is why we are traveling the country, we want to show the world the dogs that are waiting in the shelters to be adopted. Thank you all so much. Words just can’t describe the feeling. 6 dogs adopted so far at the Fresno event! Thanks for the words @jlpmayhem THANKS FOR ADOPTING! #RESCUED“
